Do I Need To Have A Concrete Pad To Install ?
We can install our certified structures on any surface area as long as your area is level such as dirt, gravel ,grass and of concrete.
What Type Of A Building Do I Need ?
We encourage you to reach out to us directly by phone so that we can discuss with you and hear exactly what you will be using this project for and we can design your quote right on the phone.
Do I Need To Have A Permit or Rent Equipment for My Project ?
We always encourage you to reach out to your local Building or Code Dept in your area to make sure before moving forward that you are all set. We don't require permits to install. However if you need engineered drawings or permits for this project we can help you with that for additional cost through our manufacturers we have partnered with.
If your structure is over 13ft tall at any point then YES you will need to rent a telescopic lift or for additional cost through our manufactures they will provide one for you.
Do You Provide Concrete ?
Yes, we do supply concrete. Pads ranging from 4 inches and up with 12x12 or 12x18 footers based on your project and permits required.
How Long Does It Take To Have My Project complete
We like to say at least 4-6 weeks due to once your quote is converted to an order. It will have to go through a certification process. Once that is completed then YOUR LEAD TIMES BEGIN

YES !! We Work With HFS Financial & RTO . You Have Many Ways To Own Your Building. Contact Us Directly and We Will Explain.
